Your hat/s and or accessory/ies are handmade to order by artist when your order is received. It can take between 2 to 6 weeks to make and ship your item. Please contact me for specific lead times on your order. If you need an item in a hurry I will do my utmost to accomodate you if I can.
Dependent on your State and or Country of residence USPS shipping times to you will vary.

If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase then please contact me, I will work with you to meet your needs or refund your purchase. Refunds are made after items are returned unworn and in new condition, as they were mailed to you. Please use original packaging and provide tracking information.
Boston Millinery will accept RETURNS and EXCHANGES within 7 DAYS of the receipt of your purchase unless another agreement is made between us. Please do not try to return a worn item.

As work may well begin on your purchase immediately, CANCELLATIONS are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
CLEARANCE and SALE items are generally marked down between 20 and 50% to make way for new inventory. They are all FINAL SALE and are therefore non refundable.

International shipping is also through the USPS. I try to recycle packaging whenever I can.
