During busier times it may take up to three weeks for items to be handmade just for you, before they ship. If you need something in a hurry please sure to let me know by email, Kimberley@BotonMillinery and I will do my best to accommodate you.

PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All purchases are shipped via USPS mail and various shipping speeds are available.

Please take post office shipping time estimates into account. The USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates, and while I ship everything as quickly as I can, once shipped,  I have no control over the date that a package will arrive.

Estimated USPS shipping times are approximate:

DOMESTIC:

First Class Mail between 2-5 days

Priority Mail between 2-3 days

Priority Mail Express 1-2 days

 INTERNATIONAL:

First Class Package International Service between 11 to 20 business days

Priority Mail between 6 to 10 business days

Priority Mail Express International between 3 to 5 business days.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the post office I have very little control over the information I can get from them. If you have a problem with a delivery please check with your local post office first since they'll have the most updated information.

All items are shipped to an address that is listed on your account and it is not possible to amend the shipping address after the purchase has been made.

Once a purchase has been made, the item/s shipped, and in the hands of the Mail carrier, Boston Millinery is not be responsible for loss or theft. Your item is insured and covered by USPS, should a package go missing, prior to it being scanned in at its destination address.

Packages have GPS coordinates attached to them along with a tracking or customs number. For claims of missing or damaged packages, an investigation takes place and you will be asked to sign an a loss form before a replacement or refund can be given.


I try to recycle packaging whenever I can.

If this is a gift item please let me know and I can add a hand writtencard with your sentiments.

I do not enclose a hard copy of your receipt within a package.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please be aware of any import fees that your country of residence charges you when you purchase something internationally.
Boston Millinery is not responsible for items that are returned because import fees remain unpaid and will not be refunded.

Boston Millinery is also not responsible for incorrect address at checkout. Addresses can not be changed after you have placed your order. Items can not be refunded due to the incorrect address.

If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase then please contact me, I will work with you to meet your needs or refund/exchange your purchase.
Please contact me before returning an item so I may expect it and look out for it.

Refunds are made after items are returned unworn and in new condition as they were mailed to you. Please use original packaging and provide tracking information.

I will accept RETURNS and EXCHANGES within 7 DAYS of the receipt of your purchase unless another agreement is made between us. Please do not try to return a worn item.
All shipping costs to be covered by the purchaser.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
FOR RETURNS, due to the amount of time and care that goes into every handmade item we charge a RESTOCK FEE of 20% of the purchase price. We thank you for your understanding.

CUSTOM ITEMS must be PREPAID and are NON REFUNDABLE.

As work may well begin on your purchase immediately, CANCELLATIONS are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase.

CLEARANCE and SALE items are generally marked down between 20 and 50%  They are all FINAL SALE and are therefore non-refundable.
