To find your perfect fit:

Wrap a measuring tape around your head just above your eyebrows and over your ears.

Make sure the tape sits over the fullest part of the back of your head.

Keep it snug but not tight, a little wiggle room is a good thing.

Measure two or three times for accuracy.
